Investigación

Trabajamos en el área de alimentos funcionales

Aislamiento y caracterización de péptidos y proteínas a partir de alimentos, estudio de las propiedades de interés tecnológico y biológico de los mismos.

Se hace la modificación de proteínas con fines terapéuticos y tecnológicos

Se trabaja en la producción de proteínas recombinantes de interés biotecnológico.
